I met a respiratory therapist when my father had Covid during his stay. Her name is Beverly. She is always with a smile and helpful with any questions. We appreciate all the help she can do for us and Dad as we request. I also want to thank 2 nurses who took great care of my dad. That's Michelle and Dickie. The CNA's that were awesome: JUAN, NICOLE,CAROL, SAMUEL AND FRANK & Lizzy. MIKE, the head of kitchen, was always great with my Dad's meals and special requests. I do want to say thank you to Brandy the concierge for her friendly demeanor and the time she took out of her day to make my dad smile and give him comfort. The Director of nursing Rebecca: thank you for addressing my strong concerns about my Father'scare. I am grateful for your support and assistance. I am deeply disappointed, to say the very least, for the lack of proper care, attention and professionalism from the unit manager Rebecca on the 1st floor Rehab unit.

Careone Peabody took very good care of my special needs brother for two months while he recovered from surgery. They were pleasant, kind and loving. My brother has been very happy there and they brought him back to good health. From the front desk to the first floor they are all really nice people who work hard and care for their patients. Thank you Careone !
Beverly the respiratory therapist is very good at her job. She is very caring and knowledgeable always has a smile and greets every time. She was very helpful when our Dad had COVID. Thank you so much!!!
I want to share my experience with care one Peabody. I had a good process from the start and my first impression was the respiratory therapist Beverly and helped me feel comfortable and taught me relaxation and with my medicine it worked a lot. I also want to say the therapy department was wonderful getting back to my baseline with confidence. Nurses were good especially Kenny and cnas are good overall. I would recommend care one for all your needs. The place is clean, comfortable and friendly. I'm going home today and my respiratory therapist got me back on track with understanding my oxygen. Thank you everyone
Very much impressed! My father was recently transferred to CareOne and I have nothing but great things to say. The staff has been very kind, encouraging and professional. Kudos to the team going above and beyond. God bless you all!!
