The staff is excellent, involving her in activities, always making sure she has everything she needs and keeps us informed along the way. My family was nervous but since day one our minds are at ease knowing she has incredible people taking care of her and even made new friends! My mom has been a resident at the care one assisted Living in East Brunswick for almost a year now and it was the best thing she has ever done. The facility is bright and clean. The staff is excellent everyone of them are helpful friendly and compassionate. My mom loves her new home with all the activities they have she is always happy and never gets bored. I would recommend this facility to anyone its the BEST!!!!!!
My Mom has been at Care One EB assisted living for almost a year now and this place has exceeded my expectations day in and day out. Not only is the facility terrific but I can’t say enough about the staff. The Care givers, the nurses, the med techs, activities, house keeping and maintenance…I could go on and on. Mom and I want to give a special shout out to the management team…Ekta, Tim, Trixie, Kim, Sarah, Emily, Tara, Kelly, Rob, Rosanne…you guys rock! Anyone in the East Brunswick area who is looking for care for a loved one should consider Care One EB Assisted Living and Memory Care…they are the best!!!!
My husband is coming on up on 1 year in October. We could not feel more satisfied with the outstanding care that he receives. From the executive director to the Care Partners each goes above to make sure he is well cared for. During the day, he is kept busy with the great activities and outings. They make sure that he is living a full life. You feel heard when you have a request and know that it will be addressed with no excuses or push back. Ekta the Executive Director is incredible in her desire to provide excellent care and interactions with the residents! As well as Emily the Director of Dementia! If you have a medical concern, you feel assured that it will be responded to. The facility is well maintained, beautiful and welcoming. Each month there is a family night with dinner that you get to share time with other families that is a wonderful evening for all! We feel so thankful that he is with this community and team. It gives us peace that he is safe and getting the best care.
I have had the privilege of having this community as home to many of my clients and I cannot thank them enough! From the moment my families walk through the door, they feel the warmth and positivity of the staff and residents. The management staff is always present and available to help out from the administrator, Ekta, and marketing director, Tara, to the amazing nurses and care partners that are always greeting you with a friendly and warm hello. They also enhanced their team by adding in an amazing dementia specialist director, Emily, who provides over the top communication and education to family members and staff to better help loved ones with dementia have the highest quality of life possible. My clients and their families, could not be happier to have found their “second family”and final home with CareOne East Brunswick.
