I wish there was a zero star option. My care giver works here, there are so many issues with this company. Missing hours, missing pay, and they bottle neck all the phone calls to one person, this person can't help you with anything of course so she just gets beaten down by irate people all day long. When these people cared for my mom, they constantly had girls who stole pain meds from both my mother and myself, they didn't show up when scheduled, or Kathy changed my schedule whenever she felt like it. Sometimes not even notifying me. Getting a replacement whenever my regular girl was off was unheard of. Girls didn't do what they were suppose to do. One girl showed up with a huge bag of crocheting items, snacks, and other things to occupy her time. I told her she was there to WORK, not relax and enjoy herself.
I have worked with them for a few months n got no clients this place is a joke just as bad as comfort Keepers. When you try to call n say something you get no answer . Smh
Wow. Things must have changed since the horrid reviews listed. My care has been second to none. I haven't had aides come to my house but I'm certain it is hard to find reliable people. Suggestion...pay them more.
I received a total knee replacement and am lucky enough to be doing therapy with Brett from caregivers america. He focuses on my weak areas while explaining the anatomy of recovery and reassuring me I am on track. Thank you
