Please don't move your loved one's here the staff don't care about these people it's sad. The DON is a joke and just cares about the pay! The meals suck nothing is homemade everything frozen. if I could upload pictures I would! I worked here and they don't give 2 $hI!$ about their employees. the building is nasty and has ANTS everywhere. And the DON will put a camera in your family's room and not even notify family's or residents! if you care about your family don't put them here!
"Forgot" to give my mother lunch and dinner in one day! Portions were really small. A salad was a salad for a toddler. Pills were messed up a few times and thank goodness my mom knew what her pills were. She called me and I have to drive over at 10 at night to look at them. There was one pill in there that had been stopped two weeks before. The aide wouldn't let me look at the other pills that are set up by the nurse for the week. I just wanted to look so I had to go back the next day. The biggy, is when we needed service right away at 7:30 am and hit the button 3x and no one came. I was staying with her because she was in hospice, so I had to get dressed and run around to find someone to open the locked pain meds on her kitchen cabinet. Needless to say, we (daughters) took over her meds after that. This was 2 years ago so hopefully things are better. Oh, when I complained to the office that her apartment hadn't been cleaned for 3 weeks they didn't believe me. The girl asked to come in on Sunday to clean instead and my mom said ok. Never showed up and then gave an excuse that she was called to another building. When I told mgmt about it, they said they didn't have another building. To wash floors, they used the same water from other apartments and it smelled disgusting. Many, many more stories. I hope they have improved for the sake of others loved ones. Really nice and spacious apartments.
