Where to begin I gave them a good review earlier this year and sad to say been here two months and my review is never put a loved one here the staff don't give a damn about patients management is horrible the only thing good and worth ur money is the therapy department Brad ericka and both Kevin's are super sweet and are dedicated to there patients. Carecore as whole isn't even worth a one star and therapy department is a 5 star

Staff took great care of my mother in law. Nurse was attentive. Aides could have been better but they weren’t bad. I didn’t get to meet the new administrator because she was not there the day I came in. She received great therapy. She complained about the food but she is picky so I don’t fault the kitchen, Milana was very nice. I tried to get her to go to activities and the director tried sweet talking her into it but she is not a group kind of person so she gave us stuff for her to do on her own in her room. I don’t know if I believe these other reviews because I thought everything was a solid B
Had to speak with staff regarding a resident and they were super attentive and friendly. Resident seemed to be happy with facility as well which being in a medical office and seeing a lot of patients who come from care facilities that is not always the case. Overall good experience with support staff in trying to come up with a solution for the resident.
My uncle had a knee replacement and was admitted in this facility for rehab. He is completely blind. What a horrible experience. He was in there for two days because I took him out. He didn't get checked in until 3 1/2 hours of being there. They left him to sit in a chair for hours and wouldn't put him to bed. The pca had to do more important computer stuff before caring for the patients. I had to do the majority of the work before I went to the desk and told them that they weren't making a good impression thus far. Then they came running. Next morning, I called head nurse and told her when I got there everything was great. I stayed for four hours thinking it was going to go good that he would be alright. What a joke. They DID NOT give him any pain meds, they would not come when he had to use the rest room. He literally had to use his food cart to get to the bathroom. He called me the next morning to come home. If you want your family member to be neglected and die quickly, then choose this place. If you love them then avoid this place at all costs. Staff is lazy.
Please Please Please & Please DO NOT bring your love ones to this facility, especially if they are non-responsive or dependent. My brother was left in his urine and feces for hours on hours on hours as well as unattended 😤😠😡🤬. This place is only concerned with attaching to themselves to your insurance company. They appear to have a 2% permanent staff. They rely on agencies employees to fill in positions which results in lack of staff coverage or no shows. The administration staff sucks. If you do tour this facility, request to see their 2nd & 3rd shift operations. It will speak for itself.
