My Uncle is there and shares a room with another resident . While there on Sunday April 27th, the other resident was sitting in his wheelchair in a pond of urine that was running all over the floor. They had a towel on the floor under the wheelchair that was clearly soaked! The room smelled so bad of urine that I could not even breathe and had to go outside. The staff is friendly but short handed and the residents are neglected…sitting in urine!

MY BEAUTIFUL SISTER MARILYN SUE WAS A RESIDENT OF CARE MANOR, I LIVE FAR AWAY, BUT WAS ABLE TO VISIT HER A FEW TIMES. I FOUND THE STAFF VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CAREING.THEY TOOK WELL CARE OF SIS,S NEEDS. SIS SO LOVED HER COLA AND SALTY CHIPS AND THE STAFF MADE SURE SHE GOT THEM WHEN SHE ASKED FOR THEM.THEY WERE SO NICE TO ANSWER MY CALLS TO CHECK ON HER DAILY THESE PAST FEW MONTHS.I KNOW HOW BUSY THEY WERE,BUT THEY ALWAYS WERE KIND ENOUGH TO COME TALK TO ME OR RETURN MY CALL. I THANK YOU ALL FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY ❤️ FOR ALL YOU DID TO KEEP HER COMFORTABLE HER LAST DAYS. SHE IS AT REST NOW AND SO KEEP UP THE WONDERFUL CARE YOU GIVE TO OTHERS. YOU ARE SO APPRECIATED .THANK YOU MARY ELLEN
The care my mother has received there has been excellent. The nursing staff and caregivers all the way through are phenomenal. The adminstrators are rude, mean, and liars. Beware of that end. They refused to work to try and get my mother in assisted living in spite of having said they would and then accused me of not wanting my mother to come home to an unsafe enviroment. I currently have a broken leg as well as having had recent arm surgery and cannot catch her if she falls. She's currently under isolation and yet they've deemed her fit and healthy for release. The admin of this place is detestable.
My grandfather was taken here for rehab after a procedure and was neglected. If I could rate with 0 stars I would. When they actually filled his water cup, they placed it on his rolling table so far away he would have to get up to reach it causing him to fall on the hard floor making bruises on his knees. He left with three bed sores from laying flat on his back and not being turned. He sat many times in the same clothes and diaper. When I would call no one would answer and ring the doorbell I would have to do it multiple times. We took him out as soon as we possibly could. If you love your loved ones and they are bed ridden don't take them here.
Yeah these people abused, neglected and down right were mean to my dad. We took him out after they let him fall out of bed. When he was picked up they sent him out (home) in only a hospital gown and it was freezing out !! Then when his belongings were picked up his coat was gone!! Well lucky my brother picked him up but now they meet me!! I AM NOT NICE TO PATHETIC PEOPLE WHO ABUSE AND BULLY ELDERLY !!
