Wonderful facility!! All the staff, Administrative and Clinical, are so caring and welcoming. My mother had a poor experience and a different facility and we transferred her here to Rawlings House and we couldn't be happier. Every staff member we have dealt with has been amazing. The admissions process was handled so efficiently , it made the transfer very smooth. Meeting with the team of care givers on day one was great. We were able to get all our questions answered and discuss treatment and goals. My Mother has done more Physical Therapy in three days then she did for the 5 weeks at the other facility. We are really very happy with our decision to transfer my mom and are very pleased with level of care she is receiving. Thank you Rawlings House!!

Countryside Senior Living in Anderson, Indiana is such a great environment! Definitely an outstanding facility. The staff does a very amazing job especially on being welcoming and caring. They make residents feel at home and like family! They have fun activities and outings for the residents that bring smiles all around. This would be my top recommended facility for sure!
CarDon cared for my mom for almost five years. My wife and I visited almost every day - sometimes in the morning, sometimes at lunch, and sometimes at night. Was everything perfect every visit - no. Did it depend on who was working which shift - of course. Was my mom safe, cared for, and shown compassion - yes. Because if she was not, she would not have stayed with them for five years. Long-term care is a tough decision for seniors and families to make. You should interview Admissions, ask to speak to the DON, talk with the Administrator. Then, ask to speak to a resident or two. Then you will start to get a feeling for the level of care your loved one will receive.
Great company who truly care about taking care of their residents. Countryside in Anderson is a clean facility and provides a home-like environment. Residents are truly happy with their care and love participating in the daily activities.
