Less one star honestly. My grandmother slipped and fell out of the main entrance ended up with staples in her head because the main entrance of the property wasn’t salted. There was no one there to help her get back into the building. Private caregiver’s for other tenants were they’re to help her and stay with her until an ambulance arrived. I’ve called Capri and the building where she resides there has not been any phone call back to myself and other family members to address the issue or our concern.

Lucky to get one star. The employees I spoke with to resolve a problem were rude and evasive. They do not know how to address tenants questions in a pleasant manner and will make up anything to keep you quiet.
I have cause to visit most of the Capri Communities and always see and hear from the residents the same thing - not enough staff there to care for their needs. Residents report management do not respond to their concerns or indicate the corporate office doesn't allow them to care for their residents appropriately. I highly recommend staying away from any Capri home
