From start to finish, I was treated with the utmost respect from the staff at this establishment. I am greatly pleased with the professionalism shown to me in my endeavor for suitable Senior housing. Staffers Carmela and Signet are very competent employees. Always friendly and smiling! I know I drove them crazy with my persistence. Paperwork was a total drag but is required for residency and protocol. However they stayed in touch with me and on top of my situation for a complete and professional process. . Capitol Gateway should be proud of these 2 exemplary young ladies. Office was always clean and smelling great..not like old folk 😆 🤣 😂. Totally elated of the Cleanliness of the building. Inside and out!!! Even the elevator was clean! Hats off to a job well done. I can't wait to move it. Btw...the apartment has a few issues but the competent staff was immediately on it for correction!
