Eileen was great to work with. She was very helpful and gave excellent customer service. She is one of the main reasons we ultimately chose this community. I highly recommend working with Eileen.

Just recieved my keys! I am excited for the new adventure of living in KOP PA. Of all of the apartments I toured , The Canvas at Valley Forge had the most amenities in the building ; activities and restaurants in walking distance and most importantly the best Staff. I worked with Brian Abraham and he was personable, contentious and accountable. He provided support and follow up through out the process. I am new to the area and once I decided on the Canvas (even before we decided) Brian was there. He offered information on the area invited us to check out the activities. The residents are friendly as well. My apartment is imaculate. I think this will be a great place to live.
Living at Canvas Valley Forge is wonderful and everyone that works there is very helpful. I never imagined living in a 55 and older community at my age which is 56. I really never have to leave my home because every I need is in the building. Also, all I have to do is walk out the front door and pic of about 6 restaurants and can do all my food shopping. Living here has really made my life so much more happy. I would write more but I don't want to miss breakfast that they provide us almost everyday.
Just took a tour with Amy M., was great. The facility is amazing and the apartments are well laid out. Amy spent hours with us and made my mom feel so comfortable. She went above and beyond the call of duty. We haven't moved her in yet, but when we do I'll come back and update the review. Thanks so much!
My folks lived here for a few years. When I would visit, I was treated with disrespect constantly because I was much younger than the target demographic. Listen, I get questioning younger people in a 55+ building, but I knew the staff knew me and just wanted to be a pain. Yeah, there were good amenities: nice touchscreen coffee maker and a decent gym/ pool, but every time I would use these amenities, the residents and staff alike would ask me what I’m doing there, I’m too young to be there, etc. I never knew a moment of peace in the shared spaces. Once I used a printer and had a staff member ask me if “my name was on the lease” like no, I’m visiting family who are residents! The people who work the front desk are so rude. Whenever we would have issues, my folks would send me down to talk to them and they didn’t give me the time of day because I’m so young. I got locked out of my unit once and was blamed for about everything having to do with the situation, when it was their master key fob that was broken. I know that the prospective residents reading this probably won’t care about how people under 55 are treated in this building, but unless you’re a cute little kid, your guests that are clearly under 55 will be treated with disrespect from just about everyone in this building. Also, the building might as well be 75+, 60 year olds are the young ones here.
