You really think they care about you in chance it might effect their job, their license. You have to report them to OHFLAC and blast them on social media. Document everything.

I visited someone at Canterbury today and he spoke highly of the care he has received there and how great the staff is. His only complaint was the food which is not unusual for most places like this.
I visited a friend who stated that he likes the staff and that they are very attentive. The facility is clean and the staff was helpful!
I spent approximately 1 week in Canterbury for Rehab. After I left I was surprised how much I missed the staff and the facility. Housekeeping was in my room frequently. Food Service was excellent and the Manager listened to all my requests. Thank you to all of the Nursing Staff! They were all very attentive, timely and patient. PT, OT, Speech and Social Services were the best I’ve ever had. They were so thorough, knowledgeable and caring! Thank you. Many blessings to all of Canterbury. Cristina Miccio
We celebrated my daughter's Birthday at Genesis today. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. We appreciate them all. Residents seemed to enjoy the party as well!
