As an agency Stna I’ve worked roughly 50 facilities this year all over the state, Camella living is #1 on the list. It’s not a facility it’s a home. The residents and caregivers become family. The cleanest ,most organized, nicest place I’ve been to. Camella living delivers a warm and inviting atmosphere everyday and each resident receives personalized care❤️

Our family cannot say enough good things about Camella Living!! From the moment we walked in, we knew this was the right place for our mom. The warm, homey atmosphere made her feel comfortable right away. The caregivers treat her like family, and the attention to detail is unlike anywhere else we toured (& that was A LOT of places!!) We love that it's a smaller setting – she gets the personal care she needs without feeling overwhelmed. We have peace of mind knowing she’s safe, well-fed, and genuinely happy. Highly recommend!
This assisted living is a standout in every way. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the difference. The staff is caring, attentive, and treats each resident like family. The home is spotless, and you can tell cleanliness is a top priority. What really impressed me was the level of individual attention each resident receives – it’s truly one-on-one care. The meals are delicious and thoughtfully prepared, creating a dining experience that residents seem to genuinely look forward to. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be cared for with compassion and dignity, this is it.
As a Home Health PTA I have been to so many facilities in NEO. Camilla Living is truly one of a kind. The staff are so attentive to the needs and desires of the residents. They have such fun events for everyone. The house is decorated like a fancy hotel and truly feels luxurious when you enter. Fresh food made all 3 meals of the day, and staff that is present so I can ask questions if need be. This is a place I would bring my loved ones if needed. 5 stars isn't enough!
This facility goes through many employees each year. My 89 year old mom was put here and was not allowed out with her family for the first 9 months. Also her phone calls were placed on speaker phone each call from my brother, sister and I. (When first admitted, they took Mom’s cell phone and told us she never had one). The facility blames the guardian, Justine Winger, and the guardian blames the facility… each one saying “it’s best for her” when a doctor never said that. This facility also charged me $35 an hour Dec 2023 to visit with my mom over 16 hours so $560 in which I had to pre-pay, or was denied visitation. They isolate and medicate their residents, keeping them from their loved ones, charging exorbitant fees… $8400 a month to be exact. Judge Elinore Stormer is behind all of this… ruling elderly ppl with money to be in a guardianship, and live in a care home, against their will… lining each others pockets with our parent’s money, when my sister and I are perfectly capable of her care. I have found many other victims under this judge, guardian, and Camella. A well known filmmaker in Los Angeles is doing a documentary on mine, and the other’s stories.
