Management sucks! Melissa, the manager has been there for a long time but she still doesn't know what she's doing. On top of that, she is very rude, obnoxious, loud , aggressive ,and unprofessional. None of the residents on the property likes her. As a mother of fact, many residents moved out because of her, and her abusive treatment. She should have been fired long time ago. She has been abusing seniors for a long time. Stay away from that place!

I am 74, have lived here 7 years and have never seen a rat or any other kind of unsanitary infestation. The maintenance crew is very responsive and addresses every problem quickly. There is emphasis on community activities, such as coffee and donuts, games, dinners, Bible study and an ample food pantry, onsite plus additional free food boxes distributed monthly. A wonderful hairdresser and mani/pedi operator offers her services for very low prices. There is also a workout room, library, computer access and exercise classes [3 x per week]. Whoever said this place is not suitable for seniors was sadly mistaken.
Good afternoon, I am very disappointed and cannot believe the experience that I am having as a real estate agent we work hard for our commission and we are experiencing APARTMENT communities who chooses not to pay our commission and give us the runaround CAPSTONE is one of them I dealt with your senior community And have contact the manager several emails asking for our commission pay we’re getting one excuse after another we also asked for the regional she won’t return a call, we told we cannot get paid because of freeze that happened back in February that is not our problem we worked and we earned our commission we gave The APARTMENT community our client to be paid, now we get totally ignored where we have to pursue legal matters to get paid for our commission I feel this is very sad and upsetting because we don’t have a guaranteed paycheck we’re on commission but you do have a salary that you get paid it seems like I reach out to Management regional and no one wants to fix this problem also they knew they didn’t have the money to pay us as locators why were you advertising you will pay and we also ask to confirm their commission pay and they said yes but they knew going back to February they didn’t have no funds to pay us but you will take our client you’re still advertising your Paying locators 50% false advertisement it’s very upsetting because we work out in the community once again and this is our living I’m posting this because it’s a sad sad thing for management company to do but one thing for sure we will pursue to get our money also we won’t be dealing with CAPSTONE because of the experience that we are experiencing and it’s uncalled for oh by the way we got to the point where we couldn’t even get an email back through because they didn’t want to hear from us anymore if someone sees this and they can reach out and assist us we would greatly appreciate it, so we can get paid our commission, otherwise it can go for illegal matter once again they need to take down that they’re paying 50% and I did address the manager about that you’re lying to us you’re not gonna pay us anything cause you don’t have any money to pay us from our understanding as you quoted, the community Cambridge Villa, and I will inform others what I went through and I will be on Google as well because this has to stop this is not fair to us that’s out here working hard for our money to feed our families and pay our bills. The units are ok. The management can be either really nice or really horrible, just depends who you get when you go in and their mood. The rent goes up substantially every year. Maintenance can be slow sometimes, but the maintenance crew is friendly. Water and sewage are included in the rent, w/d are outside on the patio (?) not optimal for seniors in my opinion.
This was my first time touring this property as an apartment locator and the leasing agent, Linda, was super helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. She definitely makes the experience amazing and gleeful. I look forward to working with her again.
