I have visited Cambridge Court Assisted Living for several community events. The facility is beautiful and clean. The management cares about their residents and puts effort into creating a warm, engaging environment. I appreciate the way they bridge the gap between the Kearney community and CCAL by the fun activities they develop.

I am a resident here. The design of my apartment is excellent for my needs. They allow dogs here so I can have my little girl with me. They even have a Bark Park (outside fenced area for the dogs) Love it! I am very blessed to be here! Thank you, Cambridge Court!
This place absolutely does not care about their residents or staff. The management does not care about anyone but themselves and if you’re not a “favorite” staff member, you’ll get shoved so far into the dirt and treated horribly. They can’t keep staff to save their lives and there’s a reason for it. You get your MA here, they’ll barely legally and properly train you. You call corporate on them, corporate will just laugh with them. The food is mid. A handful of the staff are a local at the jail. There’s no proper activities for the residents and its usually a resident taking lead of the activities unless it’s devotions. Staff can’t do activities fully with the residents because it makes the place look bad or whatever. The kitchen is dirty and they go through more staff than I can count in the kitchen because of the kitchen manager. The place gets dirty easily because they haven’t been able to keep a housekeeper longer than a couple months. The MAs get paid the lowest in that place and are expected to do almost every department in that building. That place also goes through MAs and they all quick within the first week or month. There’s only a couple MAs that genuinely care about their job and the rest are too busy kissing up to management. The residents rooms are dirty and a good chunk of the residents are miserable there and know the only way to fix this place is for the management to go. There’s no solutions to any problems, just continuous problems that no one wants to fix. Don’t even try to apply here.
my grandma has lived here for 3 years and really loves her home. I began working here 1 years ago and this has become my 2nd family. 10/10 recommend!
Love this place! Could not recommend enough!! Worked her for 2 years and I can say the staff was beyond helpful and the residents were very well taken care of.
