I have been here at Calvary for eight years and can't believe how fast time went,IT was the best move for me and wished I had done it sooner. The residents and staff here are so nice and friendly and helpful that it make you feel you really are at home. I love the location and feeling so safe which is very important these days I think of Calvery as our great little city inside of the great city of Golden Valley. You should take the time to come and check us out.

Calvary Center Cooperative is friendly safe place to live. Staff are caring and the residents are friendly. We are bikers and love being next to the Luce Line bike trail. Bike racks are provided in the locked basement garage. All the places you want to go are a short walk away. Come check out one of our open house's on Sundays.
Buyer beware. While friendly on the front end when you go to sell you will learn that they don’t use MLS to try to sell your unit so be prepared to continue paying a monthly fee for an extended period. They also charge a 6% “transfer fee” when you do sell, regardless of if you bring in your own agent. We were never able to get a straight answer about where that money goes. If you value transparency and integrity steer clear of Calvary Senior Cooperative.
March 1, 2014, I moved to Calvary Center Cooperative and have enjoyed everyday since. Living in the coop, there is always something fun going on and you are invited to get involved as much as desired with committees and social activities. The residents are lovely neighbors that seem like family. Chef prepared dinner is a pleasant daily social event to share good food with good friends. There are several amenities, including the underground heated garage, maintenance free-living, a secure building and staff on duty 24 hours a day that are very appealing. My daughter told me about CCC when I was thinking about retiring last year. We came to visit and found we did not need to look anywhere else. CCC has everything we could ask for. This is a great place to live! The people are friendly here and the office staff is the best. We like it so much we convinced my husband parents to move here!
