I have mixed reviews about this facility. I'll start with the positives. 5 stars for the therapy department! The therapists here are EXCELLENT! 5 stars for Darrell, Robert, and Becca, the CNAs that worked with my mom. 5 stars for Mark, one of the Med techs. The RNs were pretty good, admin staff were good. Now the negative, and please pay attention here! My mom has always had low blood pressure. One of the Med techs (I'll withhold his name until an investigation has been conducted) failed to check her blood pressure before giving her a BP medication that should only be given if her pressure got too high. My mother is now in ICU due to a near fatal drop in blood pressure. I should also mention that her rescue inhaler for COPD is also missing. If you or your family member is here for short-term rehab after surgery, you are probably in a good facility. If you're looking for long-term rehab or a permanent residence, be very cautious and make sure to do multiple check-ins.

Something told me to not work at this facility, only African American working other cna try accusing me of scratching resident lords knows what else and then standing outside door every time I would assist a resident. One I have great record as CNA no claims filed for neglect or abuse. I more then enjoy love what I do I be damn if someone make stuff up to make themselves look or feel better. This why I cannot wait to move out from New Mexico done with racial profiling and being in none diverse environments it cause ignorance and unfairness all do to someone ethnicity . Its ridiculous!
Mom had no strength, it happened from one week to the next, she was in the hospital for 4 days after having 6/7 consecutive falls. Thank God she didn't break anything. The recommendation for physical therapy/rehab was made by the hospital. Calibre was our 1st choice, (Calibre came highly recommended). It was a transition, but mom has been comfortable, she has been doing great in physical therapy. She is comfortable, and likes talking to the staff (everyone is friendly). There is a lot of communication between us and the facility (Victoria has been our point of contact, she has answered all of our questions and has addressed all of our concerns) which is always appreciated. Our family recommends Calibre Post Acute for short/long term care. We have been very pleased with the care they have offered our mother. We hope she regains her strength with the help of physical therapy/rehab, and can return to her home soon.
Great for rehab! I met Ryane at memorial when my grandpa needed some therapy. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She made us feel comfortable and gave us her person cell phone number. Highly recommend bringing your loved one here. Activities was also very nice.
Very clean facility. Admissions process was very smooth and they gave my dad good rehab after his stroke. Highly recommend!!
