My Grandmother stayed at Burlingame Villa for over 15 years. The staff and management treat everyone like their own family and have become an extension of our family. They made sure my grandmother was always accommodated. The staff worked very hard to have activities for all the different levels of participation. The range of different levels of activity and capability never stopped them from trying to keep everyone engaged. They keep the facility very clean and do a great job making the Villa a second home.
My mother was at Burlingame Villa for a little over a year. We had a very good experience the whole time. I was impressed with the activities and schedule that the residents had. My family was also very impressed with the meals and snacks provided to the residents. Lastly, the staff and management were very good with all the residents and the family a like.
hello good afternoon the reason and the reason why it is not a good option to send the elderly to this place which is not a good idea to have the elderly in this place they do not give proper treatment Hello resident They are not punctual in serving food, in offering medicine, in providing adequate support, they are just concerned about their own well-being, so much about their manager who does not handle the elderly alder well, that only pure filthy service that he provides in food Hello, resident of The elderly is not a good option to invest in this place because they will never offer what the food menu orders. The food is given raw without flavor as if they are animals they treat them with food because supposedly there is a minimum in the expense of food only for the manager to fill their pockets with hundreds of dollars in the elderly and treat them unfairly think carefully before investing money in this alder of antiquity years
