My boyfriend is in here and all I have to say is my boyfriend and I love this place.... All the staff there are super cool and and very friendly and they all know what there doing!!!! And they all love and respect my boyfriend.... And I would recommend the BURLINGAME SKILLED NURSING FACILITY TO ANYONE... YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED... THANK YOU TO ALL THE STUFF AND THE SOCIAL WORKERS AND EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE!!!!!!!!

Update: I just noticed the positive reviews here were fake reviews because they were the staff working here. As a healthcare provider worked in different nursing facilities before, this place is the worst I have ever seen. No compliances here. Diet: yes, residents get meals but at various time. Diet order and portion size not followed. Snack instructions not followed. No matter how many times you talked about the issues Med: yes, given but not all of the prescribed meds given. Meds are not given at a time as prescribed. RN or LVN don't look at the med list attentively. Staff turn over rate is extremely high. Staff seems didn't get enough training before working. They are not feeling comfortable with what they are doing. Shower: some staff help residents take shower. Some staff skip shower on scheduled shower day. You take your chance. Doctor: I have been there for a month and never seen the residents were seen by the doctors. Residents told me the same thing. Residents probably were seen for a few seconds occasionally. Social worker: Mayra is the worst social worker. Didn't want to work at all and always complain too much work. Honestly she just wants to get paid for doing nothing Director of nursing: the previous black hair Asian looking don sucks but the recent one is the only normal staff I have seen in the facility in the IDT meeting. By the way, as family members you won't get IDT meeting Even if they promised you. Promise means nothing here. You need to keep requesting for that. This place is bad enough to be suspended.
