My mother went there today around 1 and I got her out when I saw her at 7pm . I would never ever send anyone or anything thing. We walk in her room her lips are blue cant stay awake Place is dirty smelled like urine . Feet were sticking with every step I took . There was blood on the sink urine bags full of urine in bathroom . Also dirty towels on hallway floors . The main nurse on the floor has an attitude and said that's how she got dropped off her from the hospital . The supervisor understood my concern and was very nice when talking to her . But I would think twice before you put anyone in there. There was a paper saying room was last cleaned on March 30th well today is April 10th I'm sorry and there so so so much more going on and I will be posting pictures soon .

My good friend has been there for several years the place is alot better ..they hired new staff the A.d.o.n. toni was great and the maintenance man Jason made sure we had everything we needed and even came back and double checked to make sure everything was good.
Any word on the pipe that burst on the second floor Sunday morning May 18th. Have not been able to reach anyone. Phone service is done. I called the care taker and the Obudsman still no answer as of Monday evening.
I was visiting a dear friend Taye Townley who is 78. Donna stopped into vlean the bathroom & was pleasant & cheerful executing ehat many would see as an disagreeable task. Donna took the time to greet me & Taye & to give the patient agency by asking her if this eas an ok time for cleaning. I was impressed w/ Donna’s professionalism! Irene Marie Grace
I am happy that the staff are attentive to my friend's needs as a Deaf patient. The unit director wants to help the staff learn some sign language to communicate better with her. I appreciate that!
