I don't know what's going on in other floors, but the ladders on the 3rd floor are bad. No team work, but talking about others isn't any better. I was a trainee and really wanted this job and now I have to look for a new job because I was fired. I made mistakes at the beginning and recognized them, but mentioning them again and again and making myself look bad in front of others is just not good. I find it really sad because many older people have also told me that some people treat them roughly. Gives 2 points for the people who were good to me -3 because of bad management ;))
