We have lived here since 2022 and love it. The building is quiet, clean, and well maintained. The parking is secure and convenient, and the shared facilities (pool, fitness room, theater, etc) are excellent as is the programming. The staff is very responsive and easy to work with as well. Finally, the location couldn't be better -- it's just a couple of beautiful, tree-lined blocks to walk to downtown and the farmer's market. We are very happy we moved here.

I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful experience my mom has had while living in the Burbank Senior Artists Colony building. From the moment she moved in, she has been welcomed with open arms by the friendly staff and residents. The staff and especially the manager Rachel are experienced in their care and attentiveness. They go above and beyond to ensure that the resident is comfortable and have all their needs met. The facilities in this building are top-notch. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for the residents to socialize and relax.
I have been a happy resident of Burbank Senior Artist Colony for 8 years...and I don't usually bother with reviews...but the management and maintenance have been thorough and so impeccable. The place is kept clean and in tip top shape. The people that live here are like family..very friendly ...I love the way the manager (RH). knows you by your first name and always welcome you with a smile. I would highly recommend BSAC if you are looking for a home with a family flavor.
I'd like to give a special shout-out to Melissa, one of the dedicated employees here. Melissa has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that my family's stay here is not only comfortable but also enriching. Her warm and caring nature shines through in every interaction, making them feel truly valued as a resident. Melissa's attention to detail and willingness to assist with any questions or concerns has been exceptional. She embodies the spirit of this creative community and is a true asset to the Burbank Senior Artist Colony.
I love it here! Moving here, downsizing, and meeting so many wonderful new friends, who genuinely care about each other, was just what I needed in this newest journey in my life. I take painting class, fitness and yoga classes; I love dance movement in Musical Theatre, I play on a champion “volley ball “team , participate in monthly drum circle and Bingo. I enjoy eating and chatting with the weekly Lunch Bunch, and am learning to play Mahjong! I just returned from a free- lunch included- workshop on Senior Health Services; just one of many I have attended throughout the time I have been a resident here. Thank you Rachel, Melissa, “Max”, and Alberto for all your hard work in keeping our place safe, clean, and so beautiful both inside and outside . I love it here !😻
