As soon as I walked through the door, I could see how professional and kind all the nurses that I met were. The facility was sparkling clean and well run. I would highly recommend Burbank Healthcare and Rehabilitation for your loved ones.
I am highly suspicious that they stole my daughter's cell phone. She died on the day she was supposed to go home and was discovered at shift change. They denied having any of her personal items, but there is indisputable evidence that she had belongings. They are currently stonewalling me.
I went to visit a member of my family. The ambulance was there picking up a patient to hospital- he was nacked without any cover in a stretcher . I asked the ambulance person why he is naked- he ignored to answer. The nurse of facility just laughed. Very sad.
Omg this is for homeless sick people. Horrible!!!!! My family member did not get the proper care. The only good thing is the staff was nice I do not recommend only if you have no other options
