BUPA Mosman is an excellent facility for anyone seeking respite or permanent care for their loved ones. The staff are empathetic and attentive to the detailed care plans individualized for each and every resident. Many thanks to Beatrice and the wonderful team at Bupa for their continued commitment to providing support and care for my 91 year old mother during her rehabilitation.
The care at Mosman Bupa was first class. Marie's respite stay was a happy time & she particularly enjoyed the activities & friendships she developed with the residents & staff. One area for improvement was the room & bathroom cleaning. Overall a very friendly centre.
All staff are all dedicated, hardworking, motivated and positively engaged members of the Mosman facility. They support me as a quadriplegic by going above their job description and any challenges or issues encountered with my care are overcome with grace and respect.
