This village set in a rainforest in the heart of the city and 2 minutes from the beach is the perfect location. Wildlife, lakes, fountains and lovely gardens with individual residences full of character. A happy community where residents and staff friendship, kindness and laughter are dominant. Once the promised swimming pool heating is installed I will happily add another star. We have been here 5 months and couldn’t be happier.

It's the oldest retirement village of its kind in Queensland. Hillside buildings couple of lakes. Working on a new community hall 2017/18? & pool . It has NOT got tennis courts or golf course. Its the residents., who would make the village over time. .
I've purchased a home here. We love the village atmosphere & it's just minutes from the beach, Maroochydore CBD, Kawana Shopping World & many other attractions. I no longer have a mortgage, no water rates, no land rates, I've got solar on, Crikey, my electricity bill is negligible, I pay just $421 per month & I don't pay for any house repairs. It's the best decision we've ever made, the above is just the tip of the iceberg, so to speak, regarding perks. I gotta pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming!
