Buckland Residential Care should be ashamed of themselves. There is no communication between staff at all. On the weekends there is no one to be found. 'You cannot find staff anywhere'. One staff member rang our family to ask where our grandmother was and she had been in hospital for a couple of days. I absolutely hated my grandmother being in there. She had less care in there than being left at her own home. If you want your family to be cared for, I would not recommend Buckland Residential low Care or I should say, 'No Care'. This is the first bad review I have given, but if I can help one person with their decision to where they should place their loved ones then I have done my job. I know my Nanna would have wanted me to say this.

A short bus from Springwood shops. Very hilly for the infirm.
Hopeless, lack of communication on the telephone. No help whatsoever.
