This place gave my dad a place and helped him smile again. He was able to walk again under their care. They were amazing to work with. They communicated every step of the way. I can not speak enough about how much love and kindness they showed. I tell everyone about how this place was amazing. Thank you for all that you guys do.

I've had two family members that have spent time there. My Dad spent his last few weeks there back in 2018. They treated him well and made him comfortable. They appear to be accustomed to that sort of client. My other family member was just basically tossed out of there today. Her insurance wouldn't pay for her stay any longer, and it is probably for the best. It is obvious this place is not equipped to deal with someone needing physical therapy, someone needing medication on a fixed schedule, someone needing a bath that has had multiple physical injuries or how to deal with someone in pain. The people who "run the place", the admissions people and the "case" workers are absolutely disorganized, and apparently never speak to one another. One shift nurses don't know what the previous shift nurses did or didn't do. People put their hands up and say they don't know. Paperwork lost, orders from doctors ignored or lost. Absolutely terrible personal service by the caregivers. There were some exceptions, one nurse named Lety cared, was involved and went out of her way, only to find out she was let go. She honestly made most everyone else there look bad because of her level of caring and service. That's probably why they let her go. The case worker was just the worst, lost at every turn, no desire to help, no desire to get up from her desk, I truly question how she holds her job. Long story short, if your loved one is near the end of their time with you, this place might not be that bad. If your loved one needs to spend some time before returning home, this place should be avoided at all costs. There are a handful of good people working in physical therapy, and a couple of nurses, but beyond that... Nope. Just a bunch of disorganized, confused, non-interested people who should be looking for other employment because they are obviously not happy in their current line of work.
My husband Adeeb is there and he loves it. Very kind staff and lots of activities. They have made him hopeful for the future. He's walking now and couldn't be happier!
Would not recommend. My grandmother was never brought food her first morning there. Her next several days she was only brought a menu once, the rest of the time she was brought tuna fish sandwiches and bologna sandwiches. She was supposed to be there for rehabilitation after some heart issues and she only received about an hour of rehab in 4 days. She asked for help going to the bathroom and she was told by an aid to “just go in her pants” I would recommend any place but this!
I went to see my mother, I was extremely happy to see her in a clean well cared for phacility. The staff were very nice and I could tell she was being well cared for.
