There's a good sense of community and the atmosphere is friendly. The meals are good. It gives you a peace of mind knowing your loved one is in a safe and caring environment. Highly recommend!

The staff here is amazing. Shauna the RN is super knowledgeable and will do anything for her residents. Eddie and Val are super helpful as well. Highly recommend.
We moved our mom into Brown Deer Place a little over two years ago and she’s had a great experience living here. She has made lots of friends, has been told her laugh is awesome & she loves the music and entertainment that Liz schedules on a regular basis. The community is very involved and community members are always stopping by to visit with the residents. All of the staff is so friendly and feels like family. The amenities are wonderful also. Kudos to Chef Jay, the food has improved immensely! We LOVE Brown Deer Place!!
My brother-in-law recently moved into Brown Deer Place in an Independent Living apartment with assisted Living services. From the beginning of our review of available alternatives the staff at Brown Deer stood out as the most helpful and understanding of his needs. They had answers to all of our questions or found someone quickly who would. The coordination of his move, the initiation of a complex medication regimen and the initiation of services which would benefit him were seamless. Since he has been at Brown Deer the staff have been very supportive and the residents have reached out to help hm in any way they could. He is comfortable with his new home and we are pleased that he is getting everything he needs. I would recommend Brown Deer Place to anyone looking for a beautiful and supportive residential setting.
Mom is loving her new home at Brown Deer Place. "They treat us so good here!" The staff has been awesome. Nick was so helpful getting us set up, and Liz is worth her weight in gold with all the activities she provides. Moving Mom to Brown Deer Place was the right decision.
