We recently moved my Mom into Brookridge Heights. From our first meeting to the first day the staff and facility does not disappoint. In fact, after my Mom’s first night, she said she felt at home and everyone is so nice. That’s a win in my book. Thank you!!!

It was truly lovely touring Brookridge with Lindsay. She was so attentive to our needs and endless questions, and went above and beyond to make us feel heard as we vocalized concerns. All that said, the best part of our tour was hearing from a resident who proudly exclaimed that he hated the idea of moving but that he has since found purpose and so much joy in living at Brookridge Heights.
Moving a loved one into an assisted living facility is never an easy decision, but after touring Brookridge Heights this afternoon, I can say our minds are much more as ease. The facility, staff, amenities, programs and menu are 5-star! It is truly an inviting and caring environment.
Lindsay and her staff were so welcoming and helpful during our tour! It is evident that Brookridge Heights is has wonderful family atmosphere.
It could not have gone better. The interaction with the residents was amazing. Multiple shared that "you will love it here"! Lindsay was engaging and "won" my mother over. We all walked away "wow'd"!!
