Absolutely disgusting place!! Do NOT send your loved one here. Staff are very rude & the social worker “Dominique” isn’t any better. Once a family member is in this place, they will do whatever it takes for them to stay in there. My aunt has been in this place for well over two years & I have tried and tried to become her PCA so I could get her out of there & back home with the family. These people keep denying my request, when my aunt is in better condition since having a stroke years ago.

The day I walked in this place I wanted to grab my father and run. Because the place is very dated. After speaking with a supervisor she spoke to me and that left me giving this place a chance and not going by the looks and possibly the care would be a better experience. However our father was there on a Thursday evening We visited daily and to be honest didn't like having him there. By Sunday I noticed he was coughing again, I asked the nurse to check his vitals and that seemed to be too much for them they called someone from another floor to come to check him and she told me his lungs didn't sound clear. By Wed. Morning he was being rushed STAT to emergency and he took a complete 360 and passed that Sat. I met one or 2 aids that were very helpful. I pray for all who enter this location. Please check up on advocate for your loved ones.
I didn’t know what to expect when I walked it. The front desk sign in was simple and contactless. The staff on the floor my patient was on were so nice and friendly. They were attentive to him because he is a wanderer. The interaction between him, them and myself was so wonderful. The place was clean . The building is dated but that’s about the only thing that needed improvement maybe.
My mom is being transferred to this facility as I write this. I hope her stay is pleasant. She's going for physical therapy. Update: Horrible place. They starved my mom, her health declined rapidly & she has since passed away.
All staff members very helpful and pleasant. They are all dedicated to the patients.
