Stars have nothing to do with the facility itself, but the fact that my grandmother has not been allowed visitors in MONTHS (blamed on "covid-19")-- poor lady can't even get a hug but the nurses come and go each day, go home and see THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS, LIVE THEIR LIVES, while my grandmother and everyone else there suffer even more than they already do!! Bullsh*t.
Such a great place. Very homey and comfortable . Staff and residents are very welcoming.
