Brookfield Healthcare is above top-notch care. As I walked in to the facility, I was greeted by a joyous staff member, Charissa. It was such a wonderful experience to know as a young adult and within the setting, Charissa truly enjoys her job and is an example to others. She happily and patiently provided our family a tour and answered many questions we had for my father-in-law. We had already visited another facility the day before and quickly decided Brookfield was it. The cleanliness was a big deal for us on top of staff care. The staff throughout the facility were also above our standards because they were genuinely attentive to our concerns. Lastly, the monthly activities they have assure us that our family member will always have something to look forward to. There is no doubt that I would recommend Brookfield to others. The level of professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail demonstrated by the entire staff is truly commendable. I especially want to highlight the front desk receptionist, the warmth and kindness set the tone for each of our visits. No matter how busy the day was, she always greeted us with a genuine smile and went out of her way to assist with any questions or concerns we had.
