My grandma is a resident at Brooke knoll village unfortunately I can only visit occasionally as I live out of town but we talk a few times a week the facility is beautiful and she feels right at home there! from the time my parents toured the building it had such a homey feeling, and the staff make her feel like family! We could not be more pleased with Brooke Knoll Village!

I was a patient at BROOKE KNOLL VILLIAGE and I have to tell you that you really need to think about coming hear because I had a serious medical surgery and the hospital i was sent me hear to help recover I had some good nurses and cna then I had some bad nurses and cna their physical therapy team is good but I had a problem with my surgery site and had to be sent back to the hospital so I found out that my medical surgery got worse so I wouldn't be going back to BROOKE KNOLL VILLIAGE so my case worker from the hospital went out of her way to pack up all stuff and bring it to the hospital very honest caseworker so she brought up my stuff to my room next day and I was missing things I calling their social workers like 6 times never would they call me back they had the nerve tell me the caseworker tooked my stuff but I called social worker and she told me that they found some of my stuff I NEVER GOTTON MY STUFF BACK THEY HAVE SOMEONE REMOVING THINGS FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS ROOMS
I visited last week and was very impressed by the cleanliness, layout and overall welcoming feeling of the facility. Each staff member I encountered was friendly and sincere. Observing their interactions with residents was heartwarming. Definitely a top choice for a loved one.
I have been in many rehab facilities in the Avon/Indy West Side over the last 6 years. When I was asked where I want to go my first choice was Brooke Knoll Village. It is very clean including the staff. The food is very good, granted it's not home cooked, but it is still very good. Talk about activities, they have a numerous amount of things to do. They have everything from bingo to "who are we". They have Bible Study, crosswords, outings (they went to Steak & Shake); Movie theater, arts & crafts, treats & trivia and exercise. They have more activities than I can list.
Brooke Knoll Village is your premier choice in Hendricks County. Beautiful facility and people working here. Truly believe you will be impressed when you walk in the door. 🩷
