2015 Lake Heights Dr, Everett, WA 98208, United States
Mom has been at Silver Lake Brookdale for over a year. Originally, transition was tough but with the professional kindhearted staff we all worked through. Today mom shared how extremely happy she was with all her new friends and she loves the off-site van trips, not to mention Thursday music. She is the first one up to dance. The care is excellent, the activities diverse, and personal attention reassuring that we have mom in a caring environment. Just want to give a shout out to everyone. As her family, we and MY MOM couldn’t be happier.

My mother-in-law has lived here for 1-1/2 years. I would give the staff a A+ for all they do to bring joy to the residents. Mom always has a big smile when I come to visit so I know she feels at home there. Some of the activities she enjoys - arts and crafts, exercising, indoor gardening, and bingo. The highlight of each week is listening (and sometimes dancing) to live music on Thursday afternoons. I would highly recommend Brookdale Silverlake for your loved ones.
The care my mom receives is outstanding. Ample staffing ensures that she is safe and comfortable; she gets frequent showers, and her meals are well-balanced and elegantly served. Lots of activities too. And everyone who works there is so nice!
My mom is a resident at Brookdale Silverlake and I have nothing but wonderful things to say, especially about the staff. Knowledgeable, kind, always looking to put their residents needs first. They’re also wonderful at helping family navigate this sometimes rocky road. As a nurse, I am pretty picky about moms care, and I can honestly say I have no worries about her. The facility is clean and staff are prompt to answer the call bells. I’ve already recommended it to 2 friends for their loved one.
My Dad has Vascular Dementia and my sister and I moved him into Brookdale Silver lake, thinking they would take good care of him. We were very wrong. It didn't take very long to realize that the staff is under paid, and not enough staff to take care of him. We found women's clothes belong to other residents hanging in his closet. His clothes, shoes, eye glasses, electric shaver, and other personal items would consistently go missing. His hardwood floor in his room was always sticky from urine and smelled of urine every time we visited weekly. We liked the some of the staff there, but there hands were tied because of the corporate office. It's about the bottom line with them, not the residents well being. Avoid this place, don't put your loved ones in this place. We moved our dad after 2 months, there are better places.
