Absolutely horrible management practices. HR refuses to send my time in so that I can get paid. EVERYONE else gets paid but they have lies and excuses for why I can’t get a check. Naturally I quit. Is this payback? You’re in the business of helping people and I have to beg for my paycheck? Anyone looking for work at Brookdale Pinehurst should think twice. They employ people who don’t even know how to set up oxygen. The COVID outbreak was handled like they were total morons… PPE stations were set up incorrectly and incomplete. The staff that works hard is drained. The audacity to hold my pay and I’m a single parent. They get paid every other Friday but I can’t even get paid to pay my bills. I’ll be calling corporate and I will push this issue. Three paydays in a row and I can’t get paid. No one has answers for me. DONT APPLY AT BROOKDALE PINEHURST. Outstanding! My mother has been living at Brookdale Pinehurst Park for over a year now. Cannot say how fortunate we are that she lives in such a caring and well-run residence. My mother is happy, enjoys the food and activities and appreciates the assistance provided by the staff. My confidence in the facility and staff has only increased during the first year. The communication is excellent, even during the pandemic. Everything from house keeping to how they treat my mother is truly exceptional.
My mom went to Brookdale in 2018 after her Alzheimer's made her an escape risk at the facility she previously resided. It was an excellent place for her. The staff was always nice and greeted me when I came to visit. There was always someone to speak to with any concerns or questions. Often they let me stay with her for lunch. They kept me informed on any issues she was having. She spent her days walking throughout the facility, and I know she truly enjoyed being there and felt very at home.
It's impossible to overstate just how wonderful this community is. With attentive and caring staff, an engaging activities program, and highly personalized care and services, Pinehurst Park is guaranteed to make your loved one feel at home. The team has worked tirelessly to take every possible measure in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure that our residents are protected as much as possible from exposure to the virus. The team has fostered a strong sense of community among the staff, residents and families, cultivating an engaging and nurturing environment that makes this community stand apart as a wonderful place to work and live.
They have done a beautiful job taking care of our dear 90 year old dad. My dad's comment about his care was that it felt good to be so well taken care of. Every single person in management and the staff has been consistently extremely kind and caring in all my dealings with them. They have recently and at present no Covid cases. I am very pleased with the care provided.
