This company abandoned a person in their care at an office and made them wait 1.5 hours for the driver. When we called to check on the ETA they blamed the morning driver leaving the van without gas and kept hanging up. Eventually they stopped answering the phone entirely. Horrible service.
A small town atmosphere in a caring environment where everyone knows each other and is like family. The staff is dedicated, knowledgeable and keeps me informed of issues. They truly care about my loved one.
My mom has been at Brookdale Lawrenceville for 8 months now, and has adjusted well. The whole staff is wonderful, and the aids/techs who take care of her have become friends. Any concern that arises is taken care of in a timely manner.
Outstanding staff. Events are well planned and entertaining. Director is one of a kind. Hard to find someone who genuinely cares for both staff and residents.
