They were incredibly flexible, patient and helpful when I needed to quickly and unexpectedly move in my mother earlier this year! They gave us furniture, flexible payments to start and a quality of care that finally gave my mother some comfort.
Since having my mom move into Brookdale, I have seen her blossom. At home she would talk to herself and imagine things. Now that she's in Brookdale, her mind seems to be "steady". She enjoys the activities and the music that's played daily. She's become her self as best she can for her condition. Brookdale has allowed me to sleep peacefully again. I don't have to sleep downstairs listening to see if my mom is wandering around the house at night. I'm not worried about my mom opening doors and trying to leave the house when she's wandering at night. Brookdale was a blessing for me. I looked for 6 month before deciding on placing my mom in Brookdale. They opened their arms and loved on her from the 1st visit until she was placed. 🙏🏽👼🏽❤️
My mom lives at Brookdale and she is happier since moving in than she has been in years. The staff are amazing and treat my mom like she is their own mother. I couldn’t ask for a better nurse to oversee the building than Saida. As a nurse myself she is caring, knowledgeable and the residents always come first. Chris the Executive Director always strives to provide extra for the residence. My family is blessed to have such a great team caring for our mom.
When I was recruited to come to Brookdale or no, and it was recruited.They promised me all these great things. Turns out wasn't anywhere close.It was adequate but nothing great or outstanding. And now two months later their doctor their inhouse doctor is trying to collect money from me. When at the time even now, I have no money they knew that and they kept promising me.I had this bizarre form of health care. Called institutional medicaid. What a crock. Dr. Danny Saige did nothing for me. Had to move out and get help from the VA. If it wasn't for some of the staff, this would be one star. Rather than live there, I moved into the street.
