My sister has been working there for sometime. In that time residents have been mistreated and not given proper care. The staff have been treated terribly and weren’t provided safety for emergencies. Residents were untreated for bleeding and bruises. This place can do terrible things for a person. And people just forget how important time and life can be. People say they don’t have time for anything. Like how the managers don’t have time to hear staff concerns. However, time never stops. It’s how you used it. And the residents and staff get hurt because of this. I wouldn’t recommend leaving the ones who provide for you most of your life here. They will be treated unfairly and will be ignored. I may be sixteen but I know the difference between right and wrong. And trusting this service is wrong.

Staff is outstanding and always accommodating.They were willing to help and answer any questions.
I really love this place all the residents love me ,I even asked if I can get a room here when I get old lol rooms are very nice ,staff are bussing there butt to make sure the clients are properly cared for and treated with the upmost respect and love.
My dad was there 4 weeks. Fell at least 10 times-ended up in the ER at least 6 times. They had 2 staff at night to 33 residents. My mom went to see him and he had someone else's shirt on for 4 days in a row and had therefore not been bathed. On one visit, he had been sleeping all day and had not been fed. There is much more to say as to how inadequate this place is, however I feel I have said enough.
Not a good place for your loved ones.they care more about your money than proper care. Reported to the director and nothing was done. Left in her depends from 7:00 PM until 7:00 am. Shoes were put on wrong feet. Fell and couldnt get help, she had to find the strength to drag herself to her door and call for help. No one was around, we dont know how long she loo said there.
