Mom has been at Brookdale for about 10 weeks now. While she is sad to leave her home of 68 years, she is pleased with Brookdale. She comments on the friendliness of the other residents, the helpfulness of the staff, excellent physical and occupational therapy and she loves the dining rooms and the food. She looks forward to concerts and activities. She was very pleased with the on site beauty parlor. She is looking forward to spending more time outdoors enjoying the pond and the paved path. The staff communicates well with me. I did my research before moving Mom to Brookdale and the monthly cost is economical as far as independent living and assisted living facilities go.

I am a nurse working for an agency. I was visiting one of your residents the morning of 2/20/25. My overcoat became soiled. I could not wear it. It was 5 degrees outside. I asked Josie, the concierge, if I could borrow a blanket to wear on my trip home. She led me to a rack of clothes that people could use. I found a coat that I was able to wear. I am most grateful to Josie and Brookdale Hoffman Estates for their kindness and generosity.
This place is amazing. It is a beautiful facility and the people there, both residents and staff, are so friendly. I immediately got a feeling of being welcomed the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this place if you have family that requires special needs for senior living.
I love living at Brookdale because of the nice people. I enjoy the weekly entertainment and LOVE the food. It is maintenance free living. My apartment is cleaned, linens get washed. I now have time to enjoy the things I couldn't before.
The social activities are very good. That is one of the things I like the most here. Amenities are important to me such as transportation and on site 24/7 concierge services. The staff are over the top helpful all the time. When I realized I needed to be in a community we looked at several and Brookdale Hoffman Estates was my #1 choice!
