I am thrilled to share my positive experience with Brookdale Hendersonville East! From the moment my Aunt stepped through the doors, she was welcomed by a warm and friendly staff who genuinely care about the well-being and happiness of each resident. The care and attention provided by the staff are exceptional. They go above and beyond to ensure that residents' needs are met promptly and with kindness. It's evident that they have created an environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
My Mom has just moved in about a month ago. She is have a good experience. She is making friends and the staff are making sure she is happy. She has a pleasant view and an ample size room. The food is very good and the menu is expansive enough. The building is in a nice apple farm area. Lot of farms and vineyards nearby. The staff have been extremely supportive during the move in.
Wonderful Senior living residence , very clean, cheerful environment. My friends who are living here are very pleased and with dependable services. I would rate as one of the best senior living centers in WNC,
Excellent, very clean, excellent friendly staff lots of activities excellent breakfast lunch and dinner, very organized, my mom loves it here as do we. I feel she's very happy and content at Brookdale East. We are so pleased with Brookdale East and all the employees.
