Moved mom into Brookdale in January of 2024. Her time here has been rewarding. Allison, Jonathan and the entire staff have gone above and beyond all our expectations of providing exceptional care for her. This is an excellent facility. I highly recommend Brookdale Grandon farms. I would like to add that she has made several friends here residents and staff included. I can't say enough how much I appreciate everything they have done for my mother and our family. Thank you Brookdale.

Linda and Allison were very helpful as we transitioned our 87 year old mother from home to assisted living. There was a lot of drama, tears, and raw emotions amongst the family and Linda and Allison were patient, calm, reassuring, and understanding. Mom was very worried and emotional, too. We moved her in earlier this week. Her first week at Brookdale went very well. Mom says the food is good. She says she is trying to make friends. Mom slid out of bed her first night (after many scary falls in the home she left) and she was well taken care of by the staff. All is well and we trust that she is in a safe, clean, and caring environment. Thanks to Linda and Allison for helping us transition during this difficult and emotional time.
I would recommend to others that are looking for a place for family members to set up a visit to their facilities' The director and staff are all friendly and are active with residents. They have a active program for all residents there. They have Mouthy meetings with residents and looking for ways to improve resident's lives. The facilities are clean and all aids are friendly and you can talk to them about your needs. all Meds are given on residents schedule's. They were a great help with my wife with her Parkinson disease while she was there. Thank you all for what you did, it was greatly appreciated.
I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with a few staff members at Brookdale, including Allison, the Exec Director. She is wonderful. She truly cares about her residents, families and staff - her door is always open. Denise, the Wellness Director, also cares and wants her residents to be treated with dignity and compassion. Everyone from the Marketing team to the dining staff are there because they love what they do and go above and beyond everyday. I am happy to partner with this team as a provider with Lifesong Hospice - Lori Mendenhall Smith
Brookdale has proved to be an excellent choice for us. My husband is in the memory care unit. The staff is well trained and supervised. He is cared for with kindness and calmness that is very reassuring. We have both found the Brookdale staff to be professionally competent and also welcoming and compassionate. Judy B
