I took a tour of Brookdale Germantown today. The executive director and sales manager were very personable. They explained, with great detail, everything the facility had to offer. I feel that my family member will be accepted and cared for here!
The level of professionalism and courtesy from Brookdale staff is second to none. You can tell they love their jobs.Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating. There is just a sense of warmth and happiness every time I walk through the doors. This is the type of place I would want my own family to live. I love working here. All the residents are so happy and the staff is awesome! I’ve worked at other communities but I’ve never felt more at home!❤️❤️ We are not a TEAM because we work together we are a TEAM because we trust,respect and care for eachother! Mary, Wanda, Kate, Tony, Antoine and ALL the Nurse's PCA y'all are amazing.
