Brookdale Fort Smith is a wonderful place! I feel that the staff truly care about the people who live there and strive to make it feel like home. The facility is clean, warm, and cheerful. All the individuals who work there are friendly and compassionate. Would recommend this facility to anyone.
I have been here seven months. I love it here because everyone treats you so nice and so helpful. I picked this place because the rooms are large. I have two bedrooms with queen size beds and each one have two bathrooms. Also I have a sitting area and a kitchenette. They have all kinds of activities in house. Also trips out to eat if you prefer and to different stores like Walmart dollar tree and others. Everyone is very courteous and helpful. If you have any questions they will be anxious to answer them.
My mom has been at Brookdale since June 29th of 22. My mother seems to really love this place and that' What matters. All places have their problems and this place is had a few but since new leadership in January I have full confidence that this is where my mother needs to be. The Times I have eaten here the food is very good And the staff Are very nice and very helpful. For what I have research for the surrounding area for facilities like this This is for sure where my mother needs to be
I’ve been sitting with a lady at Brookdale for over 3 years. I’m impressed with the professional level that she is treated with by a fabulous staff. Kalie, David and Kaydence just to name a few of the people I’ve had the privilege to interact with. This group takes such wonderful care of this lady. They have such patience and concern for her. I recommend Brookdale for assisted living.
