The team is warm and friendly! Food is amazing and there are plenty of activities and theme nights. The pig roast at the Hawaiian luau was a night to be remembered! They have a heated pool and most of the apartments have huge lanai's to enjoy the beautiful view of 7 Lakes Golf Course. We love it here!

My mother just moved into the Cypress Lakes facility. Paula did a great job getting us in and making sure it worked for my mom, then Cindy and team toke over and made my mom feel at home. Really tough time, the Brookdale squad led by Angela and rockstars in Senior living! Thanks
I moved my mom and dad in here two months ago from their second floor condo in Fort Myers. They have made so many friends and with all the activities they stay busy every day. We love Brookdale Cypress Lake and would recommend the Community to anyone thinking of Senior Care.
My Dad moved into Brookdale Cypress Lake a little over a year ago after my mom passed away. He is in the assisted living program there and requires little assistance. After a few snafus getting him settled with meds etc, our experience has been a positive one. The staff truly seems to care and they all know him by name. He has made some friends and we are trying to get him more involved, but overall, he's happy. The facility is clean and the atmosphere is happy and positive. I would like to see communication improve a bit, but other than that, we have had a good experience.
I have an elderly neighbor whom is now a resident there. She has changed into a person I barely know! She has gone from an isolated, sad person into a very happy, social person and is very involved with the other residents. The facilities are clean and the staff is very loving and seem to enjoy what they do. After seeing her, I left in tears of happiness just knowing that she is in great hands, making friends and eating so well. She absolutely adores the food there and anxiously awaits for mealtime! That just astonishes me as she went into assisted living due to her serious loss of weight and weakness from not eating. Kudos to the staff at Brookdale! And, most importantly, she is allowed to have her beloved kitty there with her!
