Brookdale Senior Living in Florham Park NJ has been a life saver! My Loved One has been in this location for about 8 months now. This was such a difficult decision for me as an only child but the staff there made the transition as smooth as could be imagined. It was an emergency placement situation. I was stressed, full of guilt and fear and the staff was there for me every step of the way! My Mom was settled in within 24hours, they moved mountains to assist me in my greatest hour of need. My Mom is happy, healthy and receiving excellent care. They are professional and most importantly KIND! They are kind to her and kind to me. Brookdale staff has become like family! Memory Care is very expensive in this country but the truth is, Brookdale Florham Park is a loving home for my Mom. She has private sleeping quarters, nurses and aids on staff and a community of her own. They maintain her dignity while giving her the care she needs and it allows me to just be her daughter again. She is always clean, in clean clothes and her hair is always done. It’s the little things that make the difference! There are always fun celebrations going on in the community and the staff is always working on new ways to increase the quality of living. I’m so happy we landed in Brookdale Florham Park!

Brookdale in Florham Park, NJ provides my aunt with wonderful care. Once, a vibrant, working woman she is now completely dependent on others. The staff always make sure she is clean and washed daily. The room is also clean and well taken care. The staff patiently feed her to make sure she is nourished. With enthusiasm, they do their best to engage her which I am certain makes her heart feel happy. I am so very grateful to all for their dedication, compassion, kindness and hard work. Brookdale in Florham Park, NJ is an exceptional facility.
The staff and the whole team at Brookdale are tremendous. Their patience, compassion and responsiveness can’t be beat. My mom (and her dog) are in great hands there, very glad we made the decision for my mother to reside there!
We are very happy with the care my Aunt Fay is receiving at Brookdale Florham Park. The caregivers and the management are all exceptional. The facility is exceptional (5+ stars). We would particularly like to commend Suzette (caregiver). She is full of energy and goes above and beyond to provide my Aunt with the best possible care. It's obvious that she loves what she does and is passionate about treating the residents at Brookdale like family. Nina, the Executive Director, and Nereida, the Manager of Sales and Marketing, have both been amazing and so supportive. Judith (front desk) has been so informative and has helped in many ways. This past spring, we found ourselves unexpectedly looking for an assisted living community for my father after suffering congestive heart failure. My family and I had looked at a few communities in the area and one of them was Brookdale. My husband and I had a nice meeting with Nina who gave us a tour of the facility and explained pricing and amenities. We were impressed with the care cost cap that other communities did not have and immediately knew Brookdale was a good value for the cost. We decided to bring my father for lunch, and he met Nereida, whom he knew from his previous stays at a local rehabilitation center. Nereida made him feel right at home, gave him a tour as well as a nice lunch. My father said "I have found my new home". He moved in a few weeks later and we have been impressed with the care, quality of food, the activities that the community provides, as well as the sense of family and belonging. The move into Brookdale was easy and Gustavo of the maintenance department made sure that dad's room was ready for his arrival. Denise was so helpful explaining how the billing worked and assisting with our Long Term Care Claims. We are pleased that Brookdale offers on site PT (Josephine is great!!), OT, blood draws, and even ultrasounds. Leena and Nurse Suzanne have always been available to answer questions regarding care and medication. Brookdale also has on site PA (for primary doctor care) as well as outside Dr. visits such a podiatrist. This allows for fewer days off to take dad to doctor appointments and allows for Brookdale to manage his overall care. When dad did have to go to the hospital for back pain, Kim called me and kept me informed of what was going on as well as updates on dad's progress. Each time we visit dad, we are pleasantly greeted and helped by Rosario and Judith. Rommel and the dining team always have a great variety of food and go out of their way to make sure residents are completely satisfied. We have also been fortunate to have been able to be included for special events like 4th of July and a Luau, and the food is very delicious. We could not be happier with the facility and community at Brookdale and are glad that not only my father, but the rest of us are part of the family. Sincerely, Dave Kinsley
