Working in healthcare, I visit a lot of communities and can say with pure confidence, this place gets it right! When we had to find a place for my aunt, we were worried about the downsize. My aunt did not want to move from her home, but staying at home alone, was no longer a safe option. When she moved here, she went from being pretty cold shouldered to their resident-voted Sweetheart Queen, just 6 months later!! Brookdale Ennis gave her happiness and peace of mind. Thank you all for going the extra mile everyday. We appreciate the LIFE you gave back to her and the joy it brought to our whole family, knowing she was passionately cared for and safe.
If you are considering Brookdale Ennis look no further. As I have found, your loved one will be well cared for and loved. Brookdale encourages self paced activities as well as do as much for yourself that you want. I have found that independence for most that live there is important but they all know there are caregivers ready to assist if wanted or needed. Love this place and so does my loved one. Brookdale Ennis has the most welcoming staff and residents I have ever seen.
Even though my dad has been at Brookdale for a short time he couldn’t be happier. He said the staff is so nice. From my own experience Amanda and Kristin are the most caring individuals who love their residents and their jobs. It shows every day. J’Layna was so detailed in explaining the care up front when myself and my dad first visited Brookdale before making the decision to move him. Dad said the food was wonderful and the staff is very caring. Wonderful nurses and techs with years of experience. The staff was very prompt in checking on my dad when he needed to be admitted to the hospital. I highly recommend Brookdale in Ennis.
Brookdale is a great assisted living community. The staff is caring and attentive, and we have peace of mind knowing that our mom is there and very well cared for.
