My father, Teddy, is loving his life at Brookdale Emerson! He is so happy with his comfortable studio apartment that is cleaned weekly, the wonderful activities and shows that Carol sets up to include everyone, the people from the front desk and having the security of people around you who care! He feels welcome and cared for all the time! I really have never seen him be so social! It is such a wonderful feeling to call him, and know he is happy and being looked after. I am so grateful for him to have this place! I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

My Mom has been at Brookdale Emerson over 2yrs. The new leadership under Adele has significantly turned the place around! The energy from the Brookdale Team & residents has noticeably been much more lively. The entire Team takes very good care of my Mom as if she was theirs. I also have to say, Chef Rommel’s soups, lunch/dinner dishes along with his sweet treats are always a crowd pleaser😋 Thank you!
My mother moved into Brookdale Emerson 3 years ago and she could not be happier. She is in assisted living and loves it. There are so many activities every day which keeps her busy. Her favorites are jewelry making and bingo! They have an extensive library which my mother takes full advantage of. She enjoys hanging out and talking to other residents and the staff. It has been a wonderful move for my mom.
My dear friend Patti is in the memory unit of Brookdale Emerson. The Director of Brookdale Emerson Adele, provides outstanding leadership which reflects on her team! The compassionate, care & safety that I notice with residents, makes me feel confident that my friend is being taken care of the proper way. Teresita the Director of the memory division and her staff should be recognized for the professional loving care they provide to our loved ones. Thanks for all you do!! Ok good
I’m really disappointed at the lack of activities for residents at this facility. We encouraged her to move from the isolation of her home to an assisted living because we thought she would have more mental stimulation.Mom spends too much time in her room watching television! The housekeeping staff and nursing staff seem to be very nice, the food is actually good, and the kitchen staff is quite accommodating to dietary needs, but the communication between staff and families is really lacking.
