Brookdale Deer Creek is where my father is residing and is being very welled cared for. The manager, Neema, of the community is so vested in the well being of the residents. I can not say enough great things about her and all the staff, who are so easy to communicate with. They made sure my father is receiving his physical therapy. My dads room is clean and feels very comfortable. I am really happy with the care my dad receives!
Mom has been in Brookdale Deer Creek , a memory care facility, for a little over a year. Overall, the staff is good, the facility is thoughtfully laid out and of relatively small size. They have activities almost every day for the residents. there is a small outdoor garden that the residents can use. Before choosing a facility for a loved one, take a tour of Brookdale Deer Creek.
Excellent staffing at this location. The layout is like a home, with the residents spending most time in the center of the building in the sunlit day room. The yard is decent sized on nice days residents sit outside and talk amongst each other with staff organized "outings". Food could be better, not sure how that would effect the rent
Kurt, Yvonne and the entire staff here are simply the best! For more deserving then 5 stars. Thank you all for taking such great care of our mother through her journey. You guys set the standards for quality care. I always felt like family when I came to visit. Again thank you all.
