Very friendly staff. The residents seemed very happy. I walked in while there was a piano player and it was very nice. I didn’t have that much time I wanted to check out the facility for my dad. I was happy to see that there were other men like my dad living there. He would have plenty of friends. I will be back for a tour!

It seems that no one especially the manager really cared about talking with potential new residents. The manager Jenny was cold and coarse as she spoke with my aunt and I. Maybe she had a rough day, but it was really off putting for us.
I am thrilled with the positive changes at Brookdale Chapel Hill! Upon revisiting after a few years, the community felt like a completely different place - well-organized, impeccably clean, and wonderfully put together. The residents were actively engaged in activities, and the staff, including the salesperson who gave me a tour and the friendly executive director, left a lasting positive impression. A truly welcoming and vibrant community!
Brookdale is a great place for my Mom. The residents are safe, they have activities every day and the facility is clean. The staff takes the time to listen to their residents, hug them and care for them. I can't think of anything more important.
My parents (and I) were very happy with Brookdale Chapel Hill Assisted Living, and we highly recommend it! The director and staff were all very friendly and made sure my parents had everything they needed. My parents loved the food, the activities, and sitting out on the porch and in the courtyard. They had to leave when their memory problems required more supervision than an assisted living community provides, and we are very thankful for the staff’s attention to and concern for my parents safety.
