My mother was at this facility at the end of her life in hospice care. The staff went above and beyond and always so caring to not only my mother but my whole family. Jorge was one of the aides and was amazing! He was my mom’s “favorite” and always was so kind and made her feel extra special and well cared for. We need more Jorge’s in this world! Thank you for the great care. I would highly recommend this assisted living center for any of my loved ones.

I love working at Ray Rd! The residents are so much fun to talk and interact with. I enjoy all their different personalities and getting to know more about their lives. Ray Rd is a small intimate community. It often feels like an apartment complex or college dorm with how the residents all visit and interact with each other. Getting to know the residents and how the families become your own family. I work with such caring staff . When I come in to (work) it does not feel like it’s work.
Being able to work here and getting to know all our residents has been amazing! I know all of the staff comes here everyday to make our residents lives better and it shows. Seeing even the newest residents getting adjusted so quickly because the efforts of the staff and the friendliness of the residents is so wonderful. It really does make a difficult adjustment, so much easier for the resident and the families.
