We LOVE Brookdale at Home services. The Manager, Stephanie, is wonderful - responsive, on top of everything, a very straight shooter, as well as very personable. The caretakers are of high quality professionally and personally. We very much "like" our care providers who have become our friends. We have not had problems with "no shows" for a shift as I sometimes hear happens with some home health care services. Management works with us completely on making the services work for us in every way. I can't say enough about how much we like Brookdale at Home. I highly recommend it.
